||OUTGOING MINISTER FOR CHIEFTAINCY AND RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS COMMENDS HIS AG. CHIEF DIRECTOR ON HER NEW ROLE AS QUEENMOTHER.

The outgoing Minister for Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs (MCRA), Hon. Ebenezer Kojo Kum has congratulated the Ag. Chief Director for the Ministry of Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs, Miss Fati Lily Saole for being elevated to the status of a Queen Mother of Jaaga Royal Gate of the Bole Traditional Area in the Savannah Region.
In an interview with him by the Public Affairs and Communications Unit of the Ministry, the Minister noted that he was not surprised about Miss Soale’s enskinment because since her appointment as Ag. Chief Director of the Ministry, there has been a lot of positive changes and she has been up to the task and efficient in the performance of her duties. ‘She is one person who empowers her subordinates and strives to see development materialise in every community or institution she finds herself in’ he added.
Hon. Kojo Kum said since Miss Soale’s appointment as the Ag. Chief Director she has been a good team player who keeps all staff on their toes at the Ministry and it is no coincidence that she has been enskinned as the Queen Mother with the stool name , Kananpewurche of the Jaaga Royal Gate, as her community has seen her work and the leadership skills she exhibits.
The Minister believed that per this call, Miss Soale will continue to empower and inspire a lot of women and young people in her community, stating that in her position, development will not be far from the community as it has always been her hallmark.
He urged her to continue to strive for the best and never fear to do what is right as this will continue to create bigger opportunities for her.
In appreciation, the Ag. Chief Director for MCRA who doubles as the Kananpewurche of the Jaaga Royal Gate, Miss Fati Lily Soale thanked the Minister for the trust and confidence he has in her and pledged her continuous commitment to work assiduously to achieve the best for the Ministry, her Community and Mother Ghana.
